What if everything you knew about diet and exercise was wrong? After over a decade of losing and gaining weight – Yo-Yo dieting – I decided to fix this problem once and for all.

For a long time, I lived in denial that I was ever more than 20 lbs over weight, but my clothes told a very different story. My waist line started at 32 inches and progressed to 34 and finally I found myself staring at two pairs of pants in a store and the one that fit was a 40 inch waist!

Even after that realization it would take me two more years (losing and regaining 20 lbs TWICE), before I would actually stumble onto a scientifically obvious, but not discussed in exercise or physiology textbooks, secret weapon that allowed me to lose 50 lbs.   The best part was that when I harnessed these basic laws of thermodynamics I lost 50% more fat in HALF the time.  It was incredible and it launched my personal scientific interests in a whole new direction.

After I lost my weight, I continued to do research, keep notes, and experiment. I am not finished with my transformation and I’d like to share some of my experience with you.  Obesity has climbed to an all time high and during the same 20 years that I gained 50 lbs, our nation moved from not a single state OVER 20% obesity level, to only ONE STATE below the 20% mark.  Deliberate, nutrition-based illness is on the rise and I think it’s largely due to the volumes of misinformation, bad labeling and self-serving advice.

One thing is for certain, we are getting fatter every year!
